🔁 RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is damaged or defective.
The item received is incorrect (wrong product or size).
The item has a genuine quality issue.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Returns due to personal dislike of color, design, or size after use will not be accepted.
💸 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide UPI/Bank details for refund processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

📍 SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
